How to connect laptop to LCD Full HD Television? ?
I have recently purchased a 32″ LCD Full HD tv for my room and i was wondering what kind of connection i should use for conecting my laptop into it. My laptop has the standard VGA entrance as well as the S Video, My LCD has a VGA entrance, a HDMI entrance, and the Svideo entrance. I heard there is a VGA to HDMI entrance but i was wondering how diferent really is the image quality between a VGA to VGA and VGA to HDMI, is it worth the price diference if im planning on maybe watching some tv shows i have on my laptop?

i mentioned what kind of outputs i have so i guess by not mentioning the DV i dont have it
S video cable doesn’t give the best picture, so I wouldn’t recommend that. Even if you use a hdmi cable, if your laptop isn’t hd or 1080p, it wont matter. I would use the VGA cable. I would look at stores like Circuit city, while they are still open, and radio shack or best buy
