3D Televisions
This year we have seen a lot of the really big film releases come out in 3D in select cinemas which a sure sign that the whole 3D thing is getting very popular? Channel 4 have recently shown a huge presentation on 3D things giving the glasses away for free and it seems to have gained some serious interest.
However has the time come where we are going to be replacing cheap glasses frames and designer sunglasses with brand new 3-D glasses, after all they are very difficult to use if you already have poor vision.
They are starting to release the new 3D televisions which is a sure sign that it is all going to get pretty big. There does seem to be a fair few issues with the current 3D technology.
The main one is of course that it can start to cause some serious problems if you are prolonged to it. For one there are many movies out there that claim to be in 3-D that actually end up giving you quite a bad headache.
A lot of the theme parks have had 3D and even 4D attractions for years so it was only a matter of time before it kicked off. In fact at Disney World Orlando they have a ride in which you do not just sit there and watch 3-D you play it. This was awesome and you can tell they really put a lot of money into it.
So although I do not think 3-D will takeover from designer glasses frames with the new televisions on the way it is sure to make an impact.
When it comes to 3D technology you are either really going to get into it or not be interested at all. It is wondered how the various computer games that are set to be released are going to manage to allow you to play them for 8 hours straight without getting a headache.
