Hi I’m returning back my 50″LG HDTV/Plasma 1080P 600Hz because I have major problems with it?
Hi I’ve been having my new 50″LG HDTV/Plasma 1080P 600Hz for almost 3 weeks & now I have problems with it because 1)My (HDMI Port 1) it doesn’t work. 2) There are 2 small pictures screens on my left corner & right corner that it show not be showing when I watch HD Channels or gaming. Yes I did not pause the picture forever & if I need a brake, I turn off my HDTV. 3) The THX display is sucks.
I really want to love this new HDTV but, give me problems. I wanted to get a 50″ or 42″ LCD with 1080P 120Hz but, which brand? Panasonic? Samsung? Sony or LG? Thanks you!!!

Plasma is definitely the way to go with that size TV..The plasma has a very fast response time, and no blurr on fast moving objects like in sports. (inherent in LCD.) Also helps with any gaming use. Burn in is not an issue with latest models, using pixel shift and orbiting technology. Viewing angle is great on plasma, better than 80 degrees off center on both sides..Do not find the 120 or 600 cycle feature a great feature..in fact it makes some movies look weird.! Many suggest turning off the 120 or 600 cycle mode while watching movies. From a natural viewing distance, you will not notice any appreciable difference.
