what cheap 3d glasses can i use wiv my SAMSUNG – PS43D490 43″ HD Ready Plasma 3D TV?

There are active and passive 3D glasses.. I am not sure about your TV.. There are linear and circular polarized passive 3D glasses that are not expensive. If you need active 3D glasses, they can cost quite a bit…(Some are $200 or more.)
