3DTV Gimmick Or Here To Stay?
I am thinking of buying a Panasonic vt25 but 3d content right now is weak like HD content in 1998. So I dont know if I want to sell my LG LED tv to get one of these, but the Samsung 3dtv looked amazing playing Monsters vs aliens.
Do you guys think it is the future of how we watch tv and what about auto 3dtvs I have heard about 3d without glasses will those be better?
Are most movies coming out in 3d Blu Ray now too?
It’s a gimmick that’s here to stay. It’s not for everyone, but hopefully the market will be big enough for 3D content to keep coming along.
If you really like 3D, then you should get a 3DTV. Auto 3DTVs may come later, but they will still have their own drawbacks just like active-shutter technology. If 3D technology improves to the point that anyone can use it, then it could be the future standard, but for the time being its just an option for those who don’t mind wearing glasses and don’t get headaches.
Any movie that was 3D in the theater will be on 3D Blu-ray, but I don’t see ‘every’ movie being in 3D for quite a while.
