Samsung LN52A750 Review
Samsung LN46A750 has a fantastic picture quality right out of the box, but if you want the greatest image quality you should have it calibrated. There is nothing like this television when it it’s fine-tuned to your environment.
Samsungs TOC or Touch Of (Red) Color, I have heard a lot of conversations about it. For me it is barely noticeable and presents it a nice feel on the edges of this Samsung LN52A750.
I am truly happy with this TV. It posses a lot of connectors and good quality. You should check the instructions with caution if you got any component connections because only 1 set on the television has that possibility and it says composite on the back.
There are some minor issues but it’s not something to be concern about. The control system is a little delayed. When browsing menus sometimes it takes a while to respond but I’m picky when it comes to speed. Some of the remote buttons like the jog wheel act easier for a person who uses it slower and presses with more strenght.
The volume and channel buttons squeak slighty but not in an bad way. The other downside of the remote is it is not universal. I don’t like that a TV in this price range doesn’t come with one.
The picture quality of HD sources are stunning with correct decently vivid colors. Not too saturated and over processed like Sony televisons. There are times when the upscaling of low quality signals results something to be wanted. Sometimes when a person’s face can appear a bit granulated or boxy. This can be well fixed by using a High Definition source. With High Definition sources this Television is perfectly awesome.
Use it with Blu ray player or some other High Definition source and you will be in heaven. I simply like it. Only know that this set, like other high contrast televisons, uses a semi shiny screen which can shine so be take care of your light sources nearby. It reflects something like a regular flat screen tube TV with usuall glass, maybe a little less.
In The End the audio is right. I have never been a fan of the built in speakers on any television but for ones who don’t worry that much about it the sound is simply adequate. One thing I have found though is that the TV processes picture faster than my own amplifier processes sound. It happens that the TV can go before of my surround sound system and the words don’t align. This is quickly fixed by pausing the video and starting it back. It happens rarely and just when I start or when I’m fast forwarding a video.
Conclusion is that this is a outstanding tv, and probably the best tv sets at this price range, good investment and should fulfill absolutely everyone.
If you get Samsung’s products you can’t never go wrong. And also you certainly can’t make a mistake in picking this particular Samsung LN52A750.
