Lcd Hd ? HELP?
Hi everyone, i need a bit of help. My tv bust there a couple of hours ago and i was supposed to get a new one for christmas but now i am going to look at and hopefully purchase a new one tomorrow. I am looking for a 32″ to a 37″ inch hd lcd tv. I dont really know much about tvs so looking for a bit of enlightenment. It will be mostly for watching football and playing my xbox 360.
What brands are the best, and what specs are the most important. I ahve about 800 to spend.
Sony, Panasonic, and Sharp are the top brands, but LG, Hitachi, Toshiba, Samsung, and a couple of others also have pretty good quality. You can get a 32″ Sony LCD (KDL32M3000) at Circuit City for $800. Best Buy and Fry’s are usually pretty competitive, so shop around. It’s unlikely you’ll be able to find a larger HDTV by a quality manufacturer for under $800. Rather than talking specs, go to either Circuit City, Best Buy, or Fry’s to see them side by side in action. Keep in mind you’ll also have the cost of an HDMI cable and possibly an extended warranty…
