Can I use iTunes with a Zune HD?
Apple really can’t compare with the Zune’s price, screen resolution, video, display and battery life, which is why I plan I buying a new Zune instead of the iPod touch (after my beloved iPod classic met its demise of salt water).
However, I love the way iTunes is set up, and I use it organize all my media (music, TV shows, movies) and I have the few purchase I made in iTunes there too. I’d like to continue to use iTunes in the future, but I’m not sure if I’ll be able to sync a Zune with it.

I don’t believe so. I think it only syncs with Zune software, but it should be very, VERY easy to add all of your iTunes collection to the Zune software’s library.
Oh, and if you have Windows 7, you can keep using iTunes to keep everything organized, and as long as it’s all in the “Music” library, the Zune software should automatically have it in its library, too.
