can a 300w power supply handle all of this?
No, go for a 400w – 450 PSU , in order to power the 4650. So upgrade and use brands like Antec, PC Power and Cooling, Tagan, Thermaltake, OCZ, etc. But not brands like Dynex, since they are poorly made.
