Black box on my TV?
Hello, I have a Hitachi UltraVision, say HD Plasma TV for me 2 years to. About a year ago, according to the warranty expired, comfortable, started a fun, and this happened, very annoying thing. Whenever i put in a DVD player connected to, to it, a black box, about 2 / 3 the size of the canvas itself appeared centered on the screen. I would be able to display this harassment by Free to press the menu or volume button on my remote control, but when I play, pause, stop, hold, etc. It seems once again. For a long time was only DVDs when I seen it, but then, maybe 6 months, it began to appear regular TV. As always, I can disappear for a while there, by selecting the menu or the Volume button, but sooner rather than later it would reappear, annoying my family and I during prime time. The model is # 42HD52A. Have you any idea what is wrong and, if possible, how to fix it would be very grateful.
check the closed captions on the tv and make sure that they completely turned off, and if you have a cable box, make sure they are turned off it as well. ACTUALLY make sure that the CC is off to any device that offers it! Hopefully helps!
