How can I turn on subtitles?
I have recently bought a 37 inch LCD HD TV Insignia. For some reason I can not get subtitles. I met the CC button on the remote, basically a red X appears. Also on the menu, I see CC as an option, but it is not highlighted, so I do not have access to the CC option (if I arrow down to try it, it skips right over it). Any help would be appreciated. I'm hard of hearing and sometimes CC needs to be properly . understand
