Have analog tv w/digital converter box & purchasing HDTV. Need to replace antenna in RV..hd antenna?

If you are receiving a signal now you don’t have to replace your antenna. The HD digital signal is already powering your TV through the converter box, you just won’t need to use the box after you get the new TV. The antenna will hook up directly to the TV’s ATSC tuner instead. I use an old set of VHF/UHF rabbit ears on my bedroom TV and it works great. Same with the old rotor antenna on the roof. It gets the signal just fine. If your RV antenna is broken a similar type should work for the digital HD signal. The only thing I’d suggest is a signal amplifier if you have stations on the fringe of your reception power or the picture ‘pixelizes’ too much.
