
where can i sell a tv that isn’t flat screen or lcd or hd in houston texas?
i have a tv that i got 2 xmas ago and need to sell it. i tried the pawn shops but they want flat screens lcds and hd’s. i looked on ebay and they only have the same thing. and i dont know anyone that wants it. it’s not broken or anything i just need the money. any ideas?
To be honest with you there have been numerous TUBE and even a few PROJECTION TVs abandoned next to trash bins. I saw a sign on the road from a hotel that was remodeling selling 2 or 3 year old 32 ” Tube TVs for $40 each … after a week it was scratched out to $25 … Unfortunately your best best is something like Craigslist but check online prices for comparable size LCDs – the price erosion may shock you and you’ll find that it may be better for you to over value the item and simply donate it to a charity. Note, some charities are no longer accepting these TVs at all
