How to find out whether we still have direct tv contract?
I do not want to call it, hate it, keep, and I have a feeling that what is going to happen. We wrote in 2002, so I know that this contract has expired but we did not know was that every time a receiver gave out that they had the opportunity to extend the period of one year if they sent us a refurbished one. Or so we heard. We have to give 3 or 4, in 9 years (had to start six). Only thing is, in late 2008 or early 2009 we got an HD receiver for my brother first, and only one we have. And I heard that for HD receivers, you can cancel your contract by up to 2 years in this case, it could still have a chance, we are under contract with them still. Thus there it may be a possibility in the My Account section I see that we signed? I would think it would be one way, but I can not find it. Thanks.
