how do i share my pc’s broadband connection with my direct tv hd dvr to download on-demand events/movies?
I use a verizon wireless usb modem to connect to the internet.
I doubt you need Internet connection to download on-demand movies. The download is done via the satellite link and your dish.
However, if you insist. First, you need a router. Then connect your router to the DVR via ethernet cable or any other suitable means (wireless adaptor, powerline adaptor, etc.)
