does anyone know when univision goes hd?
the same for other spanish channels. telemundo etc.
it’s funny that they are encouraging people to
switch over to hd, but they don’t have an hd signal yet.
perhaps they will be hd-ready by February 2009?
even though that deadline is for analog tv’s to get
the converter box…

All over the air stations will be digital by the cut-off-but, as you say, that doesn’t mean that they will be HD.
For cable only channels, many won’t even be digital by then, let alone HD. Even the ones that are HD won’t necessarily be carried in HD by all cable systems. Many will still be in SD, even though an HD version is available.
