Is there a PC TV tuner with Component input to view HD via a comcast cable box?
i would like to be abe to watch comcast through my computer via a tuner. since im paying for HD i would like to view full HD rather than settle for SD. which TV tuner should i get?

No such thing exists.
All the HD tuner capture cards out there can only receive unencrypted local HD TV stations via over-the-air ATSC or ClearQAM cable.
There are no tuner cards that can decode QAM-encrypted pay cable HD channels like Discovery HD, CNN HD, HBO HD, etc. due to copyright restrictions.
