What kind of HD cables?!?!?
im getting a new hd tv (61″ dlp samsung w/ led light engine) and a ps3….i’m confused about all the cables you can buy (monster, hdmi,??) to make the audio/picture better for both….. i need to know what type of cable(s) i need for best quality and hopefully won’t break me…..any suggestions? please be very detailed (type of cable, number needed, etc.)
HDMI is the word. I would suggest you get one from http://bluejeanscable.com/store/dvi/index.htm . They are cheap and yet about the best quality you can buy.
It is ok to get cheaper HDMI cables because the signal is digital, and not analog. Its all 1s and 0s instead of analog signal that can be affected dramatically by noise, etc. Although I do not recommend the really cheap cables on eBay due to the lack of quality in how the cable is made. They just aren’t up to standard.
Do not get fooled by the Best Buy $100+ cables, those are a huge rip off.
