I have had both and is currently using cable… I didnt like Sat because when storms came over you would lose signal and at the time I had it , was more expensive then it is now… I think it really depends on what you want … Just remember when its all said and done, people that have sat will have to go buy the extra stuff to convert where as cable wont…
