New Comcast Cable Box …. No picture?
We have just purchased and have been for Comcast Digital Plus in HD from a Comcast nearby. They provided Box, the remote control and cable, and we had to create it ourselves. If we turn it on all TV program and channel lists are correct, but there is no picture. It is a blue box, the "One moment please tell this channel will be available soon" for each channel. Is this a problem or Comcast has yet to our service to activate? Please help!
That happened to me too, but the guy was still there and he was setting it up on the phone to activate it as half an hour, so I they would call.
