will 1080p make a diffrence if i sit 6 feet from at 37 inch hdtv?
On a 37″ set, 1080P shouldn’t make a difference. Your bigger problem from six feet will be watching standard definition TV. Most of what you’ll watch will be SD, and HDTVs don’t do a god job of displaying SD.
Even if you get a set that’s well rated for displaying SD, you may not be happy with the picture from six feet. With one of the cheap sets, you definitely won’t like the picture.
Make sure you see the set you want to buy displaying an SD picture if you are only going to sit six feet away. You can get reviews of SD performance in the March Consumer Reports.
