For a 32″ 1080P HDTV, is there a big difference between 60Hz and 120Hz if you mainly watch Blu-ray’s (Movies and TV Shows) on it in terms of picture quality?
I have a 60hz TV, and it only really matters if you play regular DVD’s and video games. 60Hz is visible to the human eye, and 120Hz isn’t. I think it’s the frequency that the pixels change their colors per second.
