can I connect a 19″ tv and a sony ps3 to a power bar in the car?
Just wondering if i connect a converter thing to my moms ford escapes cigeret lighter, and connect a 19 inch lcd hd tv and a slim ps3, will it blow the fuse in the car, and is it safe to do? Thanks!!!
The power outlet on my car is fused at 20 amps. That comes to 240 watts in a 12 volt system. My 19″ tube type TV lists 125w as the maximum draw. I doubt your PS3 draws more than a 19″ TV. You can by inverters that will handle that load. You can even buy an inverter that hooks directly to the battery and will handle more current than the fuses in the car.
